Tie-dyed hair.
First, we bleached out 5” on the ends of my hair to a level 9. We were going for 10, but level 9 took 4 hours. It took 4 hours just to get to pale blonde!
Then we painted gradient colors on the tips, using a violet, dark blue, turquoise, light pink, and dark pink. The color set in for about 2 hours. Then we bleached out stripes on top and toned them to a level 8 blonde.
As the blues, dark pinks, and violets fade, they’ll become a more pastel color which will work with the blonde tones nicely. Total time from start to blow-dry & flat iron: 1pm-7:45pm.
